FAQ's

 

How can I reach you with a question? You can always reach us via phone at 985-317-0020 or via email at support@twofawns.com from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CST Monday - Friday.  A customer care team member will respond the same or next business day and will be happy to assist you.

 

Is my information on your website secure? Yes! We are a Secured Shopping Website. Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

What payment methods do you accept? For your convenience, we accept PayPal and major credit cards.

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase? We only collect sales tax for purchases made and shipped within the State of Louisiana.

 

Do you ship Internationally? Yes! We can ship Internationally...and shipping is FREE! Please see our "Shipping" page for more information.

 

When will I receive my order?  Most orders have a 3-5 business day processing time and a 12-20 business day delivery window.  Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number(s) via email and can track your package(s) through our "Track Your Order" link to help you stay on top of your order(s) at all times.  

 

Will my order be shipped in multiple packages?  Only for International customers. If you order more than one item, your orders will be sent in separate packages, with separate tracking numbers, and will arrive at different times. U.S. orders will be shipped in one package.

 

What is your shipping fee?  We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. and International orders, regardless of order total.

 

Can I choose expedited shipping?  We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

 

Do you accept returns?  Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase and have a generous 60-Day return policy for items that are unused, unworn and are returned in their original packaging.  We will work with you to make sure you get a speedy refund.  Please see our "Return Policy" page for more details.

 

What if my item doesn't fit? We will accept a return for an item that doesn't fit as long as it is unused, unworn and returned in the original packaging. Measurements and sizes are available in the product listings, whenever possible, to help you choose the correct size.

 

How do the sizes run on the clothing? Our clothing sizes are based on European/Asian/China size charts, so the sizing runs a little smaller than U.S. sizes.  Our girls dress lengths are typically shorter than standard U.S. dress lengths. Baby sizes especially tend to run smaller.

Because our inventory comes from different manufacturers, we do not have a universal size chart.  Whenever possible, we will list the manufacturers size chart on each product description for your reference, if available. If you are unsure about what size to order, or if your baby or child typically wears a larger size than recommended for their age, you may want to order 1-2 sizes up just to be safe.

We always recommend ordering by measurements and not age.

 

How do I care for the clothing I've purchased?  You can care for the clothing items you've purchased the same way you would with your other clothing. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle, in cold water and hang drying your items. We do not recommend drying your clothing and/or accessories in the dryer. We also do not recommend machine washing or drying shoes, hair accessories or items with unique material like faux fur, etc.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?  We begin processing your order the same or next business day it is received to make sure you get it as quickly as possible. If you contact us before we have processed your order, we will be happy to make changes for you. However, once you have received an order confirmation, we are unable to change or cancel an order.

 

Why is my order taking so long? Most orders are shipped directly from our manufacturers and have a 12-20 business day delivery window.  Please take this into consideration before placing an order or before contacting us for assistance. How often will I receive emails from you? We take your email privacy and your time very seriously and promise to not bombard you with emails.  We will send emails out weekly when we add new items to the store or periodically with special sales and discounts.  We will never share your email and you can unsubscribe at any time.

 

What if my order never arrives?  This should rarely happen, but if an item happens to be out of stock or is lost in transit and you are unable to receive your order, we will make sure you get a speedy refund.

 

Do you offer gift-wrapping service?  No, we are unable to provide gift-wrapping service.
